4 stars ----- the highest rating I've given to BP Toyota. Today they were much better than usual. I had a 10:00 am appointment for the free one-year service on my Prius. I arrived at 9:50 am and was driving out at 11:15 am. That's really too long for what was done to the car, but, by far, my best service experience here. Service writer Eduardo asked me to give him a good rating.
Pete Amezola is the best Service Advisor! I've been taking my 4Runners (I've had 3) to Buena Park Toyota since 1996 so I've met many Service Advisors. Pete stands out because he treats customers as "family". He is respectful and honest; he does not recommend unnecessary services. I would recommend Toyota at Buena Park to all my friends.
Mike Aguilar is the best guy in service department. I Went here yesterday for my car maintenance and he told me that my car need some works. He help me with all the insurance works and everything went smoothly. I'm very impressed with the service and Mike, Bryan and all the stuff is here very friendly. TBP is the best place for Service and dealerships! 5 star for Mike Aguilar Service and 5 star for Bryan C. For Sales ���
