Great service, no haggle, and overall great car...
First, be honest and fair with the trade in value ( Don"t steal it from the customer) No one had a business card with the phone no.of the dealership, not even on all the paper work I fill out. NO PHONE NO.. I had great credit rating 820, they would not give me a better rate than 4.9 APR, unless I gave up the $1000.00 rebate. I purchased the 4RUNNER Premium, Did not get a cargo cover, or cargo mat.

Professional services, time set and they kept their promise time
Be honest. Pretty simple, but they have a hard time with it. Our entire car buying experience was terrible, and we would not recommend them. One reason: the salesperson told us the ONLY difference between XLE and XSE was the trim. Turns out later, I find out that is simply wrong. She was either lying, or clueless. Or maybe both. What a shame. We deserved better.
That they have stayed in touch to offer me any help I need to get the most out of this car ----- can't beat that!!!!
