Awful service. Had appointment at 7:20 AM and took 1hr. and 40 minutes for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Couldn't get the first free service after purchase because I didn't purchase the vehicle at the dealer. Worst customer service ever. I'll never visit this dealer again. Wish you luck!

Never again. Told earlier by the GM that he reads everything he signs. I'm sorry we didn't think we had to read all the small print on all the documents. We listened to what the salesman told us. Guess we shouldn't have believed him.
I had to go into the service center as my Nissan Rogue would not start... they treated me with such respect told me a time and then in that amount of time I knew what was wrong with my car and I was done on my way home! Very very happy customer! Sincerely, Nancy Sorangelo
I recently bought a 2016 Jeep Cherokee from Autonation Pembroke Pines for my daughter. Terry was my sales advisor and was fantastic. I normally hate buying cars especially because I’m a female, I feel most places try and take advantage of women in general. I hate pushy sales tactics. Terry was a true professional!
