My sister in law and I came here so she could get her first car, we were greeted by Diane Peach and she was very nice, helpful and funny. she had to leave so she asked her partner Wilfredo to help facilitate the deal. He was very good as well, no pressure. He kept saying he was going to take care of us, but we were very surprised when we took the delivery of the car. Good service
Just got my oil change at Nissan....worst experience!!! First of all when I went into the service area everyone was to busy to help me, when i finally got help the guy had no customer service at all.....i was not informed of the increase in the price for the oil change until i was checking out, so i paid $63 after using my $15 coupon!! I checked the review before going and it said they were friendly....LIE!!!!! I will NOT be going back there ever!!!!!!!!!
Bought two new cars from Autonation Nissan Pembroke Pines and have enjoyed doing business with them each time. When I preschedule a service, they take me on time and service my car quickly. Took our daughter in to buy a used car last weekend that wasn't at their dealership at the time and they had it trailered in the same day! "Roger" Sandoval was and will always be my salesperson.
