Gennesis Sanchez & the Service Department always go "above & beyond" to ensure I receive great customer service when I bring my SUV for its maintenance & service appointments. This time I had the major 60K maintenance. I also want to extend another additional "kudos" to Gennesis because of his amazing customer service. I love my 2019 QX60 (SUV) that I bought from the Infinity in Tustin about a week ago. I’m very satisfied with the services, large inventory to select. The sale man (Nima) is honest and very helpful. I brought home the car with the upgrades I want and the price is very competitive 👍👍👍

Very disappointed with the service, i just bought an Infiniti suv and the car it was missing one floor mats and also they damaged my car from inside when they washed. The dealer doesn’t want to take responsibility for that.
