I found the almost the exact car I was looking for on the Infiniti Certified Used Car website. I dropped by the dealer to see the car and do a test drive. I was met by Edgar Jimenez and was impressed by his knowledge, the facilities, and the car itself. I came back in a few days and bought the car with no drama or problems! I am now a happy 2018 Q50 3.0t owner! Now I have to figure out how all the "bells and whistles" work! <g>
5/10/19Pésimo servicio pedí una pieza y me dieron incorrecta pese a q se les dijo todo y no debía de aver error y dicen q no ay cambios ni devoluciones cuando cometen el error ellos y tiene el descaro de decir q puedes ir a comprarla otra vez🤮🤮🤮🤮terrible service you go and buy a piece they give you the wrong one they tell you there are no changes or refunds but apparently they do it with intention
Straight forward pricing. Located the right vehicle (wheat interior) and bring it from Ventura for me. Great service and even greater car to drive. Thank Breanna for an awesome experience! Will definitely come back again for my next Infiniti purchase.

I’ve brought my 2015 Q50 back for all service here since I bought it. Every single Service Rep is so professional and friendly. Frank always makes me feel like I’m his best customer, but I’m sure he makes everyone feel that way! Michael was my new Rep this time and he was just as great as Frank. Always having a loaner car makes my life so much easier and I love that I can make my appts online. And the remodel of their waiting area is large and comfortable. I highly recommend AutoNation Infiniti Tustin!!!
