I bought my Q 40 at CARMAX and got a great deal. When I took my car in for general service to Infiniti they were wonderful because there were so few people who needed service cause Infinitis are such great cars. William & Marty were very attentive to my needs and made me feel valuable. I would go back.
Marty was great! I drove in for an oil change, I got the synthetic blend along with a car wash and they fixed my tpms issue and was out the door in 80 minuets, very happy with the customer service and especially Marty for helping me get everything I needed done. I will be coming back for a new air filter soon.

I had a very good experience with service department, performed as they have on the last three times. The service took a little longer due to a computer recall that had to be reloaded. Other than that everything was great
