RecommendedGreat service, polite staff the staff takes time out to explain the entire process of perching a vehicle. Clean and friendly atmosphere, I recommend my family and friends to shop for vehicles at AutoNation Honda Hollywood Fl
RecommendedCarlo Rosenblad was my agent as I have purchased a used Lexus 2018 from AutoNation last week. Carlo is a fantastic representative, so friendly so calm, Not the average used car dealer personality – which is great! Thank you for my new vehicle. Wish me luck and fun driving.
I had been a raving fan of AutoNation Honda Hollywood, having leased 4 cars in a row. But the finance person at my last closing told me that the Honda roadside assistance program was no longer offered, then upsold me on an AutoNation policy. I have a hard time believing this was an honest mistake I have been waiting for a call back from the Finance Manager to resolve this for over a week now.
RecommendedI bought my Honda Accord Sport Special Edition here in 2017. And even though I live in Miami I have brought it back even for all oil changes, due to the excellent customer service. Jean Cilien (Assistant Service Manager) is very professional, thorough, and efficient. Who could ask for more? ...plus I get a car wash!
