Wayne Huizenga invested in an Atlanta-based waste management company that later became Fort Lauderdale, Fla.-based Republic Industries, Inc. Republic Industries would go on to acquire most of the more than 321 new vehicle franchises the Company operates today, as well as several waste management and vehicle rental companies, before changing its name on April 6, 1999 to AutoNation, Inc.

RecommendedWent there for service for my Honda Sedan. The car was overheating when idling for any extended period. Although it took a while for them to diagnose and order the parts needed, my rep Carlos Castro did a great job keeping me up to date every step of the way. He set me up with a loaner car for a few days while waiting for the parts (2 fan motor assemblies) to come in. Took my 2017 Honda Civic in for an oil change. Made a comment to Fernando about maybe thinking of upgrading for a newer vehicle and he immediately set me up with Brian, I have to say HondaNation has to be my best experience in regards to buying a car. Brian was with me the whole way and all I had to do was sign papers and that same day I left with a 2020 CR-V. He work the numbers and I was very satisfy with the complete experience. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great service Dept friendly atmosphere
Walked in and I was promptly attended to. Patrick Rodriguez took care of means I was out in 45 minutes. The waiting room was clean with plenty room to socially distance. It was comfortable with areas to plug in devices. Thank you Patrick for taking such good care of me!
