History Established in 1996. AutoNation's roots trace back to 1996, when current Chairman H. Wayne Huizenga invested in an Atlanta-based waste management company that later became Fort Lauderdale, Fla.-based Republic Industries, Inc. Republic Industries would go on to acquire most of the more than 321 new vehicle franchises the Company operates today, as well as several waste management and vehicle rental companies, before changing its name on April 6, 1999 to AutoNation, Inc.

Great customer service make you wanna come again and again

The service department is the worst. My son's Honda was recalled because of an air bag issue. He had a 9:15 appointment with Fernando. When my kids arrived, no one would help them. After a half hour, they went inside to talk to a manager. The manager was rude and unhelpful and told them they would have to wait for Fernando. After waiting another half hour (in which Fernando continued to take other customers and ignore my sons) they finally left. During the (driver) airbag recall, this dealership failed to notify me when the part came in. Now the passenger side airbag is on recall, I was told it would be available in 2 days but still waiting. Very rude response when I called for an update. Was told they're not doing anything for the customer in the interim. Problem is, Braman Honda is providing loaner vehicles. This location only cares about selling. After that, they could care less.
It was such a great experience! Before arriving I called and advised the sales representative of what I was looking for. He had everything ready upon my Arrival. The staff was pleasant and the facility was inviting. Marko Roude really made sure my expectations were exceeded! The financial representative Udama Tucker ensured that I was advised of all coverage and charges. The entire process was painless and very accommodating! I would definitely recommend Autonation Honda of Hollywood to family, friends and associates.
This salesman (Ronal Louissaint) was exceptional. He gave me all the love a salesperson can give to a customer. I have no complaints. If you want a great salesman, Ronal Louissaint is the man 954-839-5432. Tell him Dev sent you.
