History Established in 1996. AutoNation's roots trace back to 1996, when current Chairman H. Wayne Huizenga invested in an Atlanta-based waste management company that later became Fort Lauderdale, Fla.-based Republic Industries, Inc. Republic Industries would go on to acquire most of the more than 321 new vehicle franchises the Company operates today, as well as several waste management and vehicle rental companies, before changing its name on April 6, 1999 to AutoNation, Inc.

I received an email from William Nickerson about the car that I wanted to buy. I went to the dealership and was greeted by William. Out of all the dealer ships that I been to, William gave me the best customer service. He explained everything to me about the car that I wanted to buy. Automation is great I bought a brand new Honda Accord
Thank you to Alberto Verne who referred me to the Internet Sales department. I had previously bought 4 cars from Tom Frondzak who retired. Ernie Rohn was my sales man and the numbers were worked out to my satisfaction. Ernie was great with new information and updates to the newer cars. I knew what I wanted, knew the numbers I could work with and the deal was made. Thank you again!!
Great experience! Jearmy was my salesman - he was fantastic to deal with, great sport! Of course with any car buying some things are tough, but an overall great experience, honest people and wonderful service!
Worst experience of my life. They damaged my car during the appraisal and general manager was rude and condescending. Do NOT give them your business.
Terrible experience Dominik is like a shark in a tank i really want to buy i car but he make me feel i was doing a contract with the devil put in so much pretion on me i have to live with out buyin anything even went i want to.
