I should have known better than to do service at this place. When they robbed my mother n law blind in services she received. I should have picked up the part I needed (an arm for the back windshield $40 part) and taken back to the Hyundai dealer in Palatine to have them put it on. Yet I was talked into everything said and $116. I’ve never paid so much parts and labor to put on a windshield wiper. NERVER NEVER AGAIN. REGARDLESS IF I LIVE IN THE AREA.

Long-time (15-year) Long-time customer. This is my second car from AutoNation Hyundai. They go out of their way to take care of whatever I need, and sales is sincere rather than high-pressure. Since my last car lasted almost 15 years, I wouldn't consider buying any other make of car.
