My contact was John Kraniotis and he is a great representative. Kind, easy to talk to, and showed integrity which is just some of the things I value about people in general. Everyone was professional at Auto Nation and I appreciate that. I would definitely recommend and do business with them again in the near future.
The service dept took my car on time. They did the appropriate repair on a recall. they called me when my car was about to be another 20 minutes and then called again when it was completely done. I was impressed with my service man's knowledge, courteousness, and professionalism. The recall repair was done in less the time that I had anticipated.
Dariusz Pawlica service advisor was great to deal with.He explained everything,asked if I had any questions,told me about how long it would take and they finished faster than he said.I couldn't ask for better service.
My experience in both sales are service are awesome. Everything is explained in detail. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. they make you feel as though you are part of their family. Will always go back
