the sales rep. Bethany was helpful and made the experience less painful than it has been in the past. Her approach was more of an advisor than hard sell.
Good service. It was very busy but even so I was cared for in a professional manner. The job was attended to as discussed. My car was ready when promised. The snacks provided in the waiting area were a nice extra and enjoyed.
I took my car there for service after 60,000 miles. They said they recharged my AC. A week later I tried to use my AC and it was blowing hot air. I went and told them about the issue. They looked at it and said it was "overcharged". My AC worked for a couple of weeks until it broke down again. Now it's just blowing hot air. I've never had an AC issue until they "recharged it". I guess they learned how to fix cars from YouTube.

had a flat tire discovered this morning. the local tire place did not have the correct tire in stock. Peacock not only had the correct tire but service had my husband and car in and out in an hour with a last minute appointment. we could have gone to a local gmc dealership that advertises heavily on TV but with am appointment their oil changes were 2-3 hours. love Peacock even with an hour's drive.
The staff was friendly and efficient. The waiting time was good. Loved the refreshments. And the pricing was reasonable.
Nice waiting room. Professional staff. Work requested was satisfactory, though I was there 3 hours for oil change, filter, rotate and a repair.
