Good afternoon, we brought our Santa Fe into the service department. We were treated immediately upon entering the service department. Great experience friendly service and they had snacks and drinks. We love the Hyundai dealership in Hilton Head island.
Peacock always treats its customers as family members. Respectful at all times treating every the same. They go above and beyond the call of basic customer service to meet your needs. They also explain everything to you before doing the job to ensure your onboard with is recommended or needed for your Hyundai. Outstanding overall satisfaction will shop with them again when my lease is up.

Regular service appt. somewhat confusing to get car checked in as there was only one service person. After car was checked in I was on my way within the hour. Never had any problems with this group
