Corey was my contact. Corey was friendly and informative. He had the car ready for test drive and had issues fixed and paperwork sent as requested. Adrian was there for pick up he was friendly and polite. Car was listed correctly and issues were fixed. Jesse in finance was not as friendly. He had me sign all contracts. Since I was not able to take car same day due to recall and sound issues, I offered to pay part and balance at pickup. While the experience and communication was great. The vehicle was sold even after I was approved and I was payment ready. It was very upsetting because now I have a hit on my credit and was going to be getting the car but they sold it as soon as they ran my credit. Very unhappy
