Yes and No. I purchased a 2019 Ioniq at the end of January this year. I love the car. Matt Houghton and Matt Poirier were the gentlemen I dealt with, and at that time I was told I would get a cargo cover. I understand they no longer work there. I have called and sent emails, but no one has had the courtesy to respond. I have an email from Matt H in March: My apologies. I thought this had been handled. I will have Matt check on this in the morning. Can someone please let me know when I can pick up the cover?
Their customer service is always great! They are honest and respectful whenever I go in.
