I think they have the most incompetent, rudest staff I’ve ever dealt with. It took me 6, yes 6 times to get a tire fixed. I gave them a bad survey and they promised to make it right if I re-did the survey with 5 stars. I trusted them and they NEVER FULFILLED their promise. I went back today and they YELLED at me! The tire that kept going flat was not even the original tire I took to get fixed. It was fine until they “fixed” it. It leaked air down to 20 PSI. they kept saying..”no leak”. I worked with Thomas Holley to get a brand new Hyundai Kona. He is the sweetest sales man you will ever meet. He isn’t out to jip you and get your money. He works with you to help you be able to afford the car you are wanting. He is very intelligent and so easy to work and talk with. I highly recommend picking him as your sales person!! I can't say enough about the great people in the service department. The two visits we have made we were greeted with kindness, patience, and great help. Had a great experience buying from Autonation Hyundai in Columbus! I started my search near home at the Hyundai in Auburn AL and they were awful. Unwilling to discuss a deal and pretty rude about everything. Autonation was the complete opposite. Set up an appointment with Dean, and from the minute we walked in it was a laid back and comfortable experience. No pressure, no haggling, nobody being sketchy. My service appt was addressed and handled by Logan and he did an amazing job. My car’s service was handled in a timely manner and I did not feel pressured to do more than what was required for my car. I would definitely recommend that people handle their car business with Autonation.
