After making a 5 hr trip one way to the dealership to look at a car that I had called and talk to them 2 times about got there and after some hesitation by the sales rep the car was brought around front. NOTHING like what was advertized on CarGurus or their website. This was a hunk of junk, scratches, dents, dings, missing center disk of front wheel, not a bit of shine to the paint and the car skipped to the point it shook just sitting there idling, and they claim this is a $10,000 car. ONE STAR IS WAY TOO HIGH. I KEEP RECEIVING EMAILS ADDRESSED TO SOMEONE WHO IS NOT ME FOR SERVICE ON A CAR I DO NOT OWN.. I ADVISED AUTONATION OF THIS ANNOYING ISSUE, AND THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING TO STOP THESE EMAILS. I ASSUME THEIR SERVICE WORK IS EQUALLY INEPT.
L Tarver was very professional, she explain and assist me with my service on Saturday 8:00am on 2/22/2020. She is an asset to Auto Nation. A job well done.
I will never recommend Autonation Hyundai let alone their service department or warranty department to anyone!
Usually they are more organized for service appointments. Today however my appointment was not out in the computer. I had to reschedule for another day. Very polite and easy to work with

RecommendedWe had such a wonderful experience with Justin Brown in purchasing our second 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe 2.0T. When I was involved in a auto accident on Jan. 13, ultimately totaling my first one, Justin was determined to find another just like my first. He did!! He was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend him and AutoNation Hyundai.
Since the first day of our purchase things have not been good. They ran my credit 10x without notice to me. My car has been in the shop since Sep 26, 2019 to date I have not received my car back and it's warranty work. These people are scamsters. Do not purchase a car there.
made contact multiple times to look at a vehicle, even scheduled an appointment never received the information I requested and found out the vehicle is no longer available.
