I was reserved for a test drive of this vehicle by the dealership themselves. When I arrived the next day to take the test drive, the vehicle had been pulled and sold, and nobody with the dealership had contacted me beforehand. My biggest issue with this is that the same salesperson that continually contacted me about the vehicle, and reserved a time for me to come in to see the vehicle, never bothered to let me know before I took time away from work or made the 45 minute drive that they had decided to sell it.

The worst customer service. I made an appointment to place a deposit to purchase a minivan. I arrived 15 minutes earlier and they told me that someone else already bought it. Never had the courtesy to call, text or email me. I drove 20 miles and time consumed for nothing.

Terrible customer service. They don't care about customers. All care is about updating in services and car sells. GM never available to address issues
I visited this dealer on 9/3/2022 to take a look at a 2014 Porsche Cayman S (Vin: WP0AB2A83EK191102) Sales associate started the car and the check engine light came on and reported the following message: "Fault engine control Possible to drive on" SA calls the manager who makes the claim that they own multiple Caymans and this error is normal. I am no Porsche expert, but that claim sounds suspicious to me.
