I bought my first Honda CR-V in 2014 from this dealership. I have put 114,000 miles on it since then. I love that I have only had to bring my vehicle in for the regular maintenance. I just had it serviced a few days ago. While waiting, my service advisor David kept me informed of the technician's recommendations and progress. I am thoroughly pleased with this dealership and Honda. I would highly recommend them

The service was friendly, relatively fast, and pretty fair prices. The service Attendant Robert C. was super nice, and no pressure tactics.

I’ve lived in Las Vegas since 1978, and I’ve bought 4 Hondas during this time. Three of them I bought from Honda East. What makes this unusual is that I live on the West side of town. The customer service at Honda East is worth the drive and that is why I return there to purchase. My sales representative Leon Humphries, was respectful, knowledgable, patient and thorough. I Had a problem with my ridgeline truck and it was fairly new I went to buy the parts for the problem that I had and the parts manager told me to go see the service manager. Have the service manager help me out in a way where I didn't have to fix it myself they fixed it for me service was Excellent they did a great job I am totally totally satisfied. The dealership went above and beyond what was necessary to make me happy.
They know the value of a lifetime customer, simply priceless.
