My civic was part of the air bag recall. They fixed the air bag in a day and provided a rental during that time. Unfortunately, there were new scratches on my car when returned to me and the air bag light coming on and off. Manager, Buz, had the issues corrected including a touch up job fixing the scratches caused as well as scratches which were there to begin with. I was happy and confident to know first hand that AutoNation Honda 385 will do the right thing to take care of the customer. Thanks!

My salesman was both condescending and misogynistic, so I highly regret leasing my CR-V from AutoNation Honda 385! There are plenty of other great dealerships in Memphis, but I do NOT recommend this one!
I have purchased 11 cars in my life and every experience was a pain in the derriere! But Lucky number 12 was a pure Joy! If anyone is looking for a car, buy a Honda because they are the best, then go to AutoNation Honda 385 and ask for Robert Washington Jr!! He is awesome! I also looked at Wolfchase Honda and was told if you can find that deal anywhere go for it, ....and I did with Robert Washington at 385!
The facility is beautiful but the service advisor was a 1 on a scale to 5. Didn't call to tell me vehicle was ready and once I got a ride to pick it up was told "your vehicle out that door" Really? , sad service doesn't match the facility.
Danny (Used Car Manager) and Anthony (Car Salesman) are simply amazing! They have went above and beyond what I expected from a dealership. I have never had a pleasant experience but they have ensured everything has been taken care of and helped with the cost of 2 separate repairs. 1 was covered by my warranty the other was not, but I have not had to spend anything because they are amazing. I will always try my best to do business with Auto Nation!
