Let me start by saying I have been in the market for a car for over a month and it is has been stressful. I went into AutoNation on last Wednesday and was greeted by Mark and he was GREAT!!!!! My car service was very good. I was there for 11/2 hours for a simple oil change and point check, etc. I was asked twice if I needed anything while I waited. It is a very nice waiting area with wi-fi,TV, and newspapers.
Yesterday I took my car to Auto Nation 385 and the Service Department was over the top friendly and efficient. Donnie took care of me right away. He and Sebastian were a great team and made me feel like a “valued “ customer . Now I can get back on the road safely.
