I took my 2018 GMC Sierra Crew Cab Pickup Truck for maintenance on January 10, 2019 only to be turned away. they said that I had not driven very many miles since my last maintenance min July 2018. The worst thing is the front office of the dealership defended the Service Department's decision.

Stay in touch while they are repairing you vehicle. I had a problem after my vehicle was repaired. The attendant acted like it was no problem. I am sure he could see that I was tremendously upset but I am just another costumer I'll get over it, wrong, if it is all possible, I will not be going back.

My appointment was at 7:45. They did not look at my car/but on computer until 11. Then manger said would not have time to do it until late afternoon. He knew when I got there it was fuel injector from another computer printout. We waited for no reason. I was traveling threw. He didn’t say sorry have a safe trip back home, nothing. Rude.
