Their customer service is garbage. Their salesman has absolutely no idea what he is doing and is extremely unprofessional. The communication throughout the company is non existent. I will never go back there!

Attempted to purchase a 2020 2500 denali from this dealer. First Emmitt tried to tell me he was going to do what no one else was doing and "discount his truck" He tried to make me feel special about GM incentives and rebates that literally everyone everywhere get......I got to a place I was okay with on price and trade in. Worst dealer in the area. Avoid at all costs. Incompetent service department who give you the runaround and try to rip you off with inflated prices. Won't stand behind their work. Go anywhere else to buy or have your vehicle serviced, this place is a joke.

Even Tho I haven't purchase a car yet. I'm still thinking. I'm not sure if I wanna trade my Acura.. And I'm goin to up grade it's time. I want another Acura. But I been to yr location. Everybody had smiles & great customer service.
I feel like I was ripped off. I was charged over $900 and the main problem I was having that you diagnosed was not fixed. Your crew said “we changed out the bad parts and now it’s making another noise”. Yeah, right. Then you try and sell me on a $2600.00 timing belt job!!!! Thank you but NO!!!!!! I will never bring another vehicle to be serviced at your facility and I’ll discourage anyone else from using you. Again, I was ripped off.
