Great Service. . Kinda Took A Long Time But Great
I got there and test drive the car. The brakes were HORRIBLE!!! When I pushed the brakes, the whole car shook BUT, they replaced all the brakes, rotated the tires and put in new tires so I was satisfied and still bought the car. ☺
Truck had check engine light on salesman said all cars have it come on. I am not an idiot wanted truck but not with check engine light on
I was contacted by a salesman,test drove the car and submitted an offer. was countered by the price on windshield(not advertised price). A week later a different salesman contacted me to test drive same car and agreed. A few hours later the sales mgr contacts me to talk to him about the car when i get to the dealership,not sure what was going on so I decided to cancel my appointment with the dealership.
Curt Kobler was quick to give us a call once we decided we were ready to purchase our new truck. He listened to what we were looking for and made sure the truck we were looking at fit what we needed/wanted. Once we were satisfied he let me know that Alan Muntz was our next call. These guys made the sell quick and easy. I do not like setting at a dealer going back a forth over a deal. They made it so I did not have to! It was a pleasure purchasing from them!!!
The dealership was very responsive.
Alan was great. The vehicle didn't have all the amenities I wanted.
