Overall have had a very positive experience with this dealership. I bought a 2014 Ford Fusion Hybrid SE on March 20, 2014 and am very happy with my purchase. I returned to the dealership on Friday, March 28th to get a LoJack system installed in my car. I was told that LoJack would take 60-90 minutes, but since it actually took a few hours, I was given a loaner car so I could go about my day. Excellent Dealership, everyone was friendly and professional, great deal on my F150, no complaints.
Made an appt on the phone with TJ to get a quote to fix a dent in my car. When I got there they hadnt seen him in hours. I was pissed.
The worst place to go!!! They're trying to rip off my dad. Even a corner dealership its better !! Specially that sales man, Don Morales, wen we first gave a 3G down payment wass all nice and now, within 2 months the truck no longer works, he had the nerve to say "I don't know, I got paid" they need to learn how to make some service and real deals! For your own good, go some where else! PS.don't get excited for that one star, it is a requirement to post this wanning
