The ac on my 2013 Edge would not go on max. Couldn't leave it and service would not give me a rental. Talked to the Gm Tania and she gave me an Explorer to drive while they fixed it. Well My Experience purchasing my Vehicle was Ok Got Supreme premium coverage on it. 10'000 miles later my ac went out The Service employees and Manager Are unprofrssional n Rude They wanted me to leave with no ac in mid june when i pay for rental coverage a month it was big deal but after runin my bloodpressure high i got a loaner. Services sux
They have really nice people over there and they know their stuff! Plus they have oodles of great financing options as well.
