Received a recall notice called AutoNation Fort Worth, where I bought the 2024 F150 King Ranch and gave information regarding the recall letter to the young lady. She verified the recall information and set up an appointment for me to bring the vehicle in three days later. I made an appointment to have my vehicle serviced. I had a recall and needed an oil change as well. I also wanted the tech to look at my tires, there was a grinding noise. Jose was my advisor. Jose sent me a message if I wanted to have a filter change and I said no, that was at 1:15pm. At 4:00pm, I sent a message to my service advisor for an update and got no return message.
