If I could give this place 0 stars I would!! Lies and typical "used car" sleaze ball representatives who lies about your deal being done! Lie that "it will be completed when you walk in the door" and then treat you as if I am the problem. Text threads prove exactly what I am talking about, so any response from them, can be refuted. So the next time you need a new/used vehicle, just keep on rolling to the next, because I'm sure you'll find a better person than Norris ****.
December 1, 2020 - Went to AutoNation Ford Burleson to make an appointment for the panoramic sunroof to be repaired for the 5th time. I was pleasantly surprised when the service advisor told me I could drop it off. I expected them to be busy and an appointment would assure me they’d work on it at the specified date.
