Purchased a vehicle in April 2025. Vehicle had been on the lot for 3 months for sale. When buying, I informed them the fuse box cover was missing, they said they would get me one for it. After purchasing the vehicle and having it detailed by the dealer, I leave to go straight to work with it. Be forewarned: Auto *********** Burlesons dealership engages in unethical and unprofessional business practices to make sales. Yes, its a car dealership, so perhaps I shouldnt be surprised. I dont know what happened but last year the service was great and it was the same service people.My Expedition has been there since 6/15/24, its now August 3. Still waiting on warranty work. The service man does not call back, email back ect. Claimed later that he had my wife email and phone number that was never used by him either. Purchased a vehicle on 6/15/24 had some issues that needed to fixed brought vehicle in for service July 1st didn't get vehicle back until July 15th dirty and not completely fixed. God's gonna deal with this dealership for the way they treat God's people!!
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! I purchased a truck from them and when I drove it from Burleson to ******* the same day, I noticed that the transmission is slipping. I called and spoke to the salesman, *****************************, and he told me to have the truck looked at on the 1st oil change. ************************* rode with me around the dealership so that he could feel the transmission slipping. ******** was fine, dealership overall very greedy. Took forever to ink out a fair deal, then the financing department plays more games. Dealerships like this are what makes people hate dealerships. Just make a fair deal and treat people right. I see now why they only have 1 stars on the Better Business Bureau and are not accredited. Lost my business forever.
Autonation Ford Burleson wont refund my deposit on a lemon that we bought there, and wont return our calls. Theyre crooks. They tried to sell ** a used car that had obviously been disconnected from the battery to reset its hellish issues without disclosing its nightmares to **. We returned it, less than 48 hours from purchase, to have its problems fixed and it didnt get fixed in time, so we returned it within the 3 day 250 mile deadline. This was over 2 weeks ago. ****************** is terrible. Blamed me for parts not being in stock to perform a **** recall. Followed their instructions and schedule for task. Windshield wipers can fall off. 2021 **** f250. Showed up on agreed time and said should be done in an hour. Two hours later I was told you will need to come back. Wish I would have bought my truck somewhere else.
I have to express my disappointment with this company. I bought a new 2021 Mustang from another dealer and refuse to go back to that one because of their poor service and wishy washy sales. Unfortunately; this current dealer has managed to break more things on my car each time I have taken it in for a simple oil change. The first oil change they rotated the tires but did not properly adjust the sensors which caused me to ruin a perfectly good tire when the bad one was going flat but not being sensed.
