I have a 2001 Honda Civic which runs as well now as it did when I got it. I credit Lidio Valle for this. He came to Honda shortly after I purchased the car and has served both it and me ever since. He offers great service....often something as simple as checking with the mechanics on progress, ALWAYS there to meet me at the appointed time, carefully goes over the work required. Not impressed with our sales person at all. Bought a lease return and tried giving us only one key. Told us that’s all that was returned, like they didn’t charge them for the missing key? Give me a break! Then told us we could turn it into our insurance (& pretend WE lost it -fraud). Had to wait an extra hour while we waited for another key to be coded & cut. Has to cost at least $400 retail that they wanted to pass onto me.
