What a nightmare! Do not bring your vehicle here if you want it fixed correctly. We chose this location due to be it recommended by the other driver’s insurance company and the proximity to our home. Let’s start with the initial drop off. Pointed out several issues that needed repair and nothing was written down. Very good service. Josh Franklin at the Alliance location . Thank you very much for your patience and suggestions . My Jeep looks brand new and still so sexy . I’m happy bout the work done the time it took and the communication. My vehicle was taken good care of and looks amazing like there was never a bump… Josh stayed in contact with me the whole time gave me updates changes prices options etc.
