This is only regarding the parts department. I’ve bought 3 cars from this dealer and their sales and finance are outstanding. But does anyone actually even work in service or parts? Are they all out back grabbing a smoke and downing coffee for the work they don’t do? In the last 6 months I’ve called both the service and parts department at least a dozen times. Miguel was a good match for a salesman - he answered my questions and gave useful information with the test drive without pressuring me (which doesn't work). We had a couple speed bumps after sale re: Tire Pressure Warning and key FOBs, but they were resolved to my satisfaction and I will consider AutoNation Richland for my next purchase!

Back when it was known as Allen Samuel’s, the garage was on point with quality and service. Today’s AutoNation has a terrible habit of over-scheduling their day. Multiple times this past year I had days where I’d sit in the waiting area for 3+ hrs only to find out they couldn’t get to my vehicle. It’s too bad because they actually do good work. They just don’t honor scheduling, I’ll watch walk-ins get work done before my scheduled appointment

At my ripe old retired age, I have had many car dealer experiences. On the sales front my positive experiences cannot be counted on even one finger. This dealer in all fairness has been very good so far, both in sales and service. They are still car sellers with all their various ways of adding to costs, but in this case I dont think the dealer has much control. Called parts I was waiting for nearly 40 minutes to get an answer and when they do answer I get the phone hung up on me this is bottom line disrespectful I service vehicles and bring a lot of business to autonation and if I’m not getting the phone hung up on me they are loosing my parts somewhere and lying on when parts will be ready for pick ups im having my customers complain on why they’re vehicles are delayed for repairs when I was told parts would get here within days I’ve lost money and time relying on auto nation
