I dropped my car off Friday at 8am to check the brakes bc they squeaked and callipers are under warranty. They were supposed to call back in an hour or two after they checked to see if the callipers indeed needed repair. No call all day, so I called 4 times to check, no answer. I called Saturday 6 more times and was told my advisor would call me back, never did. I called on Monday 3 more times trying to get an update on my car.
