I made a review before but can't find it to update it since recently receiving an email asking for my review The only thing I can think to add is that the communication is definitely lacking. Also we were told our jeep had a hard top AND soft top. However, it was a car cover, not a soft top. When we brought it to their attention we were told "can you prove you were told in writing?" BUT ITS LITERALLY IN THE ADD FOR MY JEEP!
Recently, I brought my car in for an oil change and a tire patch, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. Luis was my advisor, and he made everything simple and stress-free from start to finish. He checked me in quickly, explained exactly what would be done, and kept me updated throughout the process so I never felt out of the loop.
