The Service was great with 2 exceptions. 1. Sitting in waiting room for about 2 1/2 hrs after making an appointment seams like a long time. 2. Cost of products used during the service seem extravagant ie: All Filters & oil cost are very high. I have been a FORD owner for many years & I have never had Charges & wait times so high or length before. These issues may make me consider an alternative Service oil change establishment in the future.
Service was great, and the service advisor kenny love was awesome.
I had a great experience with the service. The advisor was attentive, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout the entire process.
