Nia Livingston ( My Service Consultant ) provides outstanding services, not only to me, however, to all her customers. I feel that my vehicle is in good hands with Ms. Livingston. She provides service for my Chevy HHR and for my Daughter ( Carla Chapman Moodie ) new Buick Encore SUV........A note to those of you who are experiencing dissatisfaction with AutoNation Chevrolet Of Laurel Service Department, maybe, you should seek Nia Livingston as your Service Advisor.
Stephanie Kellogg was exceptional from the first moment of contact. We are 80 miles from the dealership, and she helped me to hold the car I wanted, took fantastic care of my wife and I during delivery, and made the purchase and the trip exciting and fun. I can't recommend her highly enough! I will send business to her at Autonation in Laurel every chance I get. Not only did I drive off in a beautiful new Chevy, but I feel like I made a great new friend.
This is the worst delaer. My husband and I found a denali online last week called and was told we can come look at it cant drive it because it hasn't been inspected. We were fine with that we drive over an hour to look at it. Get there we were told they will let us know when its ready. It had to go through detailing, inspection etc. Well we have been in contact with the salesperson all week. We were told not to worry we are the first ones to look at it no one else can drive it. My experience for a first time customer at Automation Chevrolet in Laurel, MD was awesome!! From the first step in I was addressed immediately and did not have to wait. My information was taken and was escorted to the waiting area. My vehicle was done in no time and I was completely satisfied. It was all in the customer service. After totaling a car, and not feeling good about it at all. But needing transportation for work, I prepared myself for battle. In walks Earl G. Ray, of Auto Nation with over 30 years of experience to save the day. My fiance swears by Auto Nation and now I'm a believer. Thanks just like the tea (inside joke) Earl G. Ray and team are the best.
