Unfortunately this was not the best experience at this particular dealer. I dropped off my truck for alignment and tire replacement and they ended keeping my truck for two weeks. Although I mentioned the transmission might have a slight knock, nothing noticeable, they kept telling me there was something wrong but could not tell me what it was. Marcos Mirabal took very good care of me, very helpful, very attentive, at all times he handled my two vehicles in the most professional manner I have ever seen.
