I bought my Chevy Tahoe April 20th 2025. I love my Tahoe! I'm not in love with AutoNation though. First off, the salesman wasn't very knowledgeable. I think he was new so that was fine. Ryan Stoval, doing the financing papers is the problem. He told us they threw in Gap insurance and 6 oil charges. OK cool! We'll when I looked over the paperwork later, there way a charge for the Gap for $500 and something. OK that's fine. We really wanted that. I was frustrated when my engine light came on & I had to take my car in but once we got it to the dealership, it was nothing but positive. Our service advisor Rocio was wonderful. She kept me thoroughly updated and went above & beyond to make sure we were happy. This was such a pleasant surprise considering our last visit to the west branch was a nightmare.
