WORST service experience ever!!! Called and scheduled an appointment to have my rear view mirror calibrated for my augmented reality to work again. Told them exactly what I needed when I called and they scheduled me for 830 the next morning knowing I was driving an hour and a half to get there, but didn’t bother to tell me that they are 2 weeks behind and the appointment time was only to drop my car off. Won’t return calls or honor their warranty. They say they do a 125 point inspection but somehow over looked a transmission over filled with fluid or maybe they over filled it and now it’s blown and trying to get it fixed is turning out to be very difficult.
Thank you to Kimberly is the service department! We were driving from Nevada to Ohio when the air stopped working in our 2026 GMC Yukon and Autonation was the first GM dealer we came across. We pulled in, Kimberly took the vehicle right back for diagnosis, got the parts shipped next day and had us back on the road with working air is a 24 hour time span. Thank you again!
Work quality was good but communication was terrible. I had it towed in and they diagnosed the problem. Parts had to be ordered. When the parts came in i received three calls. The first call was to see what color my car was. The second time was to find out what needed to be done. The third time was to find out where the keys were. I normally bring the car in myself and they have alway done a great job.
