Brought my car in for a rear hatch issue that I had just purchased 3 months prior. Originally was told a sensor was out. Quoted roughly $350 and about 4 days for the part to arrive. After over 2 weeks of calling and leaving messages, I was finally able to bring my car in. That day they called and said it was misdiagnosed. Another $350 and the part is already ordered. Picked it up the next day and was almost $800. All this and I bought an extended warranty that didn't cover anything. Probably won't be going back.

My husband flew from Cincinnati to Texas to buy a truck from them. He even purchased the extended warranty. He drove it all the way home and noticed the passenger floorboard carpet was wet.
