Literally the worst ever. From sales to service. But especially service. Kimberly especially. Service neglects to tell you that you are expected to be able to drop your car off for a week to two weeks for any service. That the appt you make is to just drop it off. They don’t tell you it’s to leave it there. So I have to drop my car off every two mths for like two weeks for an oil change? That’s wild.
