Work quality was good but communication was terrible. I had it towed in and they diagnosed the problem. Parts had to be ordered. When the parts came in i received three calls. The first call was to see what color my car was. The second time was to find out what needed to be done. The third time was to find out where the keys were. I normally bring the car in myself and they have alway done a great job.
Coby has moved up now. Ann,Melinda,Nathon and Neko. They are all great and professional and polite. They take great of my Escalade! Keep up the good work!!
Auto Nation Cadillac has been great with all my services. I have taken my CT4V there multiple times to have the oil changed, service maintenance completed and software updates done. I have never had to wait to be helped, services extremely fast and people that help you are very nice and answered all my questions. In particular, Nathan. He is amazing. Highly recommend.
This place has offered by far the worst purchase experience I have ever encountered. Purchased a Certified Preowned EV in the summer of 2025. Since the purchase, I’ve had nothing but trouble. - They submitted the registration paperwork incorrectly, so my registration, title and plate were shipped to the wrong address even though I highlighted the problem at the time of purchase.
