Great experience from start to finish. Chasen was an awesome salesperson. Answered all the questions we had. He was patient with me as I couldn’t decide what vehicle I would like best. He pointed out all the differences between the vehicles very clearly. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and kind. Will definitely go back :)
Buying a vehicle from AutoNation Cadillac in West Amarillo was the WORST vehicle buying experience I have had. I went in with pre-approved financing through a large bank that was on AutoNation's list of banks they accept financing from. After spending hours negotiating on the vehicle with the sales person going back and forth and wasting time like they normally do, ED COOKSEY, one of their finance managers, told me that I would have to fill out another financing form to let AutoNation run my credit again.
