I made an appointment for Monday but it took them until Saturday to figure out I needed a new water pump and Thermostat for $4600. On line estimates were half that price. It took them a total of 2 weeks to get the car repaired. I had to call them for updates and asked for a loaner which they said they would check on but never received. I want to start by saying that I’ve had good experiences with Bellevue Audi and their service representatives for the most part. I also understand that service appointments can sometimes get backed up. That being said, I feel that if I schedule an appointment online with the understanding that I’ll be waiting at the dealership for an oil service, it would be helpful to be informed ahead of time if the expected wait is going to be significantly longer than usual. We visited Audi of Bellevue on the afternoon of August 16th to inquire about test-driving a new Q7. We are serious buyers and current owners of a Mercedes E-Class that we purchased new.
