I made an appointment for Monday but it took them until Saturday to figure out I needed a new water pump and Thermostat for $4600. On line estimates were half that price. It took them a total of 2 weeks to get the car repaired. I had to call them for updates and asked for a loaner which they said they would check on but never received. Poor communication, 2 weeks service, over priced repair cost and no loaner. I left a message for the manager but never got a response. I want to start by saying that I’ve had good experiences with Bellevue Audi and their service representatives for the most part. I also understand that service appointments can sometimes get backed up. We visited Audi of Bellevue on the afternoon of August 16th to inquire about test-driving a new Q7. We are serious buyers and current owners of a Mercedes E-Class that we purchased new.
