Great experience working with Humza, he went above and beyond to secure the exact Q3 model and color combo I was after. He found the one dealership in the US who had it in stock (many are still being shipped overseas) and was able to get it shipped from Vegas to Bellevue in a matter of days. Kept me updated at every step, and was great to work with from start to finish. 10/10 would recommend!

Great experience. And to call out my service advisor, Daunte, he really looked after me. The scheduling assistant that they use is maybe suboptimal and I was going to wait for what I thought was a simple 10k Service (Oil Change), but they also did the recall service which was going to take some time. And Daunte arranged a ride home and back. I couldn't ask for better service. I have been having a car serviced at Audi Bellevue for over 10 years and they always do such a great job!
Exceptional service. Dante got me in and out promptly. Really appreciate it.
