Purchased a used vehicle at this dealership and I’ve never had a better experience buying a car in all my life. I found a vehicle online, and the handful of dealers I had to deal with before finding my vehicle was so aggravating because most dealerships would put a great car at a great deal online…only to hear that ‘it was just sold this morning,’ or ‘we just sold it last night…’ and then try to get you to buy a vehicle you aren’t really interested in. Service has always been done very well with no problems afterword. Service facility is comfortable and the service technicians have been uniformly great

Not the best experience with the service department in the past engagement. AI system for scheduling is confusing. Took forever to get a quote for brake a job, 3 days with multiple cala and texts. Audi is texting service specials but when asked to apply those it is a struggle... advertising 20% discount for jobs over 500, no fine print or limits mentioned but was told on phone that discount is capped at $150 max.
