Have been using this mechanic for years but recently they have gone downhill. Absolutely unprofessional and irresponsible. I drop my car off on a Tuesday they tell me it will day 1 full days work to finish. I come back on Friday and they tell me the car will be ready that night or Saturday morning. I come back Saturday morning and they say the part didn’t come in and they will have it in and hour. I go about my errand and check up on my way home and they tell me they lost the keys.
