I'd originally ordered my license plate frame through Amazon. However, when I noticed that one of the screw caps had come off, I attempted to reach out to Automotive Gold directly. I received an email response right away, along with an offer from the company's president to send out a replacement set, no questions asked. The new caps arrived within a few days. The immediate client service - even over such a small part - was much appreciated and isn't something found just anywhere. Thank you again for a fantastic experience!

I contacted Automotive Gold because I wanted a custom black frame made with 200 etched into it. (No other company makes such a frame.) So they contacted Chrysler for design approval and they shipped it out the following day! Great company to work with and I would recommend them if you want a custom specialized license plate frame made just for you.
I bought a thin blue line flag hitch cover made by this company through e-trailer. Looked nice when received so I put it on. A day and half later the flag was gone, the hitch bare. Turns out the flag was a sticker and was washed off at a touchless car wash. Pretty poor for a cover costing over 40 dollars. Had to Mail the cover back to E-trailer in the original AU-tomotive box. Still waiting on the refund. Will never purchase from this company again.
I purchased a front plate and frame from this company and I wasn't disappointed. Their customer service was friendly and very helpful. Both of these products come with a lifetime warranty so I'm confident these products will last.
