I'd originally ordered my license plate frame through Amazon. However, when I noticed that one of the screw caps had come off, I attempted to reach out to Automotive Gold directly. I received an email response right away, along with an offer from the company's president to send out a replacement set, no questions asked. The new caps arrived within a few days. The immediate client service - even over such a small part - was much appreciated and isn't something found just anywhere. Thank you again for a fantastic experience!

I contacted Automotive Gold because I wanted a custom black frame made with 200 etched into it. (No other company makes such a frame.) So they contacted Chrysler for design approval and they shipped it out the following day! Great company to work with and I would recommend them if you want a custom specialized license plate frame made just for you.
