I came to this site to read reviews as I’m currently looking for a new vehicle and I will say that I was completely turned off by the lack of accountability, snarky tone, and constant dismissive reminders to customers insinuating how they received low prices for cars well above market value according to “carfax” without actually acknowledging the customers issue. Im working on my second car from them. My first car was A1 but sadly it was stolen. Now I purchased a kia from them they sold it with some bald all season tires and the engine light was on 2 weeks later. Also the car in Spanish I ask them to take it off and they came off dismissive. I was going to purchase a 3rd car from them but hard past! This not how you do a loyal customer period
