They deserve 0 stars. Their incompetence is a huge issue. They came out several times to repair a machine they sold me to no avail. They kept asking for payment for trips and repairs even though they could never resolve our problem. Once they FINALLY resolved the issue, I paid them every thing they wanted, even though I shouldn't have. Now that I need service again, they won't because of supposed payment issues. **UPDATE** (09/15): I had the manager of ACE'S reach out to me about this concern and they were very timely and serious about my claim. As a business owner myself, I never like to leave poor reviews because I know how that affect a company's reputation. I have changed my one star rating to five due to how everything was handled. I want to thank their team again and I hope that everyone can be safe on the roads. One of their employees was driving on the highway and almost hit my car while switching lanes.
