There was great service at the beginning, when we were still the customer. Unfortunately, it seems whoever processes the title paperwork needs more training or doesn't care about details. Twice the paperwork has been rejected by the DMV for improper documents. Twice an afternoon was wasted attempting to get plates because Automotive Avenues failure to file the paperwork afterword. Seems there is less attention to customer satisfaction after the deal and it certainly sours a person when it's time for the next car.

I guess you would think I would have gotten a call back. I guess buying 6 cars from you in the past des not warrant a call. Shame on you and Tami Myers, who I used to consider a friend....NEVER, NEVER again.

These people are good, I got a great used car in my price range that I was looking for. The aurora location is awesome, and so is Jamie and Alex. The made this whole experience amazing !!!
