We have had nothing but troubles with the car we bought from Automotive Ave. We also bought a warranty and we have to take the car to them for service, we could not get the car fixed under warranty so we took it somewhere else and now we are finding all the loose bolts, pulleys that were installed wrong and other parts that need replaced because of there crappy work along with the fact they are way over priced. Great place! Christian found the exact 2015 Subaru we were looking for (April 2015). They get all of the paperwork done ahead of time so that it only took a few minutes to sign. We will be back!
There was great service at the beginning, when we were still the customer. Unfortunately, it seems whoever processes the title paperwork needs more training or doesn't care about details. Twice the paperwork has been rejected by the DMV for improper documents. Twice an afternoon was wasted attempting to get plates because Automotive Avenues failure to file the paperwork afterword. Seems there is less attention to customer satisfaction after the deal and it certainly sours a person when it's time for the next car.
