I purchased a van from them in February. Upon arriving home I find no oil what so ever in it. We had to change the nasty oil in the bottom just to bring it back to them so they could fix it. The coolant has now been low twice in the 4 months I have owned it. I detailed the car last week and when I opened the glove box there was some cigars left in it from the previous owners.
