Very nice and honest people at this dealership. I love the car I got here. Has some minor issues but I got a great price so I can easily fix everything with the money I saved. I will recommend this place to all my friends.
My husband worked out a verbal gentleman's agreement w/ Ryan on a price for a vehicle. We secured the money & insurance. We contacted him to set up a time to come from Dewitt to get the vehicle but then they rescinded the verbal offer agreement! Only minutes later they raised the online price by $1000.00 from the original listed price! NOT good business AutoMax of GR!
Shortly after buying my new the car I had some minor issues. They worked very hard to get the issues resolved quickly and gave me another vehicle to drive while mine was being worked on. The staff was excellent and very respectful. They went above and beyond to make sure I was a happy customer and because of this I am very happy with my experience at AutoMax of GR.
Very disappointed in our recent purchase to say the least! 3 Days after buying the car we had issues with the flex pipe and needed it repaired (which they apparently fixed however it still sounded like a jet engine rolling down the street). The car continued to have minor issues and as of 10/10/15 the transmission blew just shy of 2 MONTHS after purchasing the car and now were stuck will $6000 worth of junk... Very shady, I heard if you complain they will come after you verbally online, never heard of a business like that
I love my new ride. I've had a few problems with my expedition but they have helped me with no hesitation. They are a great team and made the whole experience wonderfull. Thank you.
