I highly advise against using Terry’s services. My experience with him was frustrating and costly, and I want to warn others to avoid the same situation. When my transmission failed, Terry recommended a vendor he trusted for the necessary parts. In good faith, I purchased the transmission from this vendor, but the most crucial part—the Transmission Control Module (TCM)—was missing. Have a 2008 Toyota Highlander Was having problems getting speed over 50 MPH and I thought there was a Transmission problem but turns out The Engine needed a complete tuneup Coils and plugs Fuel injectors cleaned Terry and his crew Are the best in the business They were so friendly, kind, and very knowledgeable . I had a 2015 Subaru with a bad CVT transmission. I bought a used CVT transmission out of a wrecked Subaru. Terry, the owner and mechanic, told me that he would put it in. He did a good job of installing the transmission and checking it out. He did it at a very good price. Terry is a very honest man and I would definitely use him again for transmission or motor work.
Brought our sons 2006 Lexus IS 350 to him. By far the best mechanic we've ever used! Explained the issue and and fix very well then delivered a rebuilt transmission in less than 2 weeks, with a 2year 24k warranty. I highly recommend!! ECG
