Terry and his techs do great work!
Terry is very honest and will let you know exactly what’s wrong with your vehicle and if it’s worth fixing in the long run. We will be getting all of our future cars checked here.
Terry and his team have done a fantastic job for me and my extended family. We have had a total of 5 transmissions rebuilt at his shop and have not had a single problem with any of the work he has done. Terry is so personable and does such a great job getting the work done when it is scheduled to be complete. As far as I am concerned ATW is the only choice to have transmission work done.
I've used ATW for transmission problems on three different vehicles BMW, and two Ford Trucks. Terry is a fantastic automotive Guru for sure. Straight up person, that gives you the honest break down on the issue and what it will take to fix it. He won't let it leave unless it's done right. I'm OCD so this was very comforting to know that he's the same way.
I highly advise against using Terry’s services. My experience with him was frustrating and costly, and I want to warn others to avoid the same situation. When my transmission failed, Terry recommended a vendor he trusted for the necessary parts. In good faith, I purchased the transmission from this vendor, but the most crucial part—the Transmission Control Module (TCM)—was missing.
