We were on holidays in Batemans Bay from Sydney early in 2016 and my automatic transmission failed me. I took it to Michael at B & S Automatics there. Michael did a very professional reconditioning job of my gearbox, showed me the components he had replaced, and talked me through what he had done. Avoid at all costs – a warning for all motorists Very poor communication from the owner, did not call when the car was ready to pick up, but that’s just the beginning. The owner had extremely poor resolution skills after the car was damaged in his care. Impossible to get a straight answer regarding workshop insurance, timeframes, what damage occurred and how much it would cost.
