The ABSOLUTE BEST! I only wish EVERY contractor could be like this. The project was so smooth and professionally handled. We had many questions and revisions, and they took care of each thing, explaining exactly the work that would be done. EVERY night, the property was cleaned up, almost as if there was no work being done on premises. I feel that Automatic Sprinkler company did a goo job. They were prompt, and did just what I was looking for in the repair, and hlped with a few things that I had'nt requested. I would recomend them in the future.
I was disappointed how long it took to get an initial call following my request, and I was further disappointed that I wasn't called as a courtesy when the appointment was not met as agreed to. I called them and was given an apology and told they were about to call, but the call should have been made much earlier (particularly given the reason that their vehicle had mechanical trouble). They were on time and professional. They completed all repairs and had all necessary parts to be able to complete.
They got the estimate and work done on the same day and that is great convenience for someone like me that doesn't have a lot of free time.
